Campus Security Report (CLERY Act)

The College is committed to maintaining safe campuses. TSTC collects crime data in a report entitled the Annual Campus Security Report, which is updated annually and available for your review. It is the policy of Texas State Technical College Marshall to fully comply with the published mandates of the Student Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act (Public Law 101-542), the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1992 (Public Law 102-325), and that each operating unit of the System prepare and follow procedures to satisfythe stipulations of the Act, as amended.

This report contains data about specific criminal offenses that occurred on campus during the most recent calendar year and the two preceding calendar years, as well as the number of arrests for crimes occurring on campus. TSTC's Annual Campus Security Report is available for viewing online as well as in Human Resources.

Information provided by the State of Texas concerning registered sex offenders may be obtained through the web site that is maintained by Human Resources. Additional information relating to state- or federally-mandated public information requirements is also available on that web site.
