Texas State Technical Colleges’ on-line hiring process is a state-of-the-art applicant management system developed by a partnership of TSTC and Profiles International.

Job seekers can view and apply for any posted job opening throughout TSTC from this site. In addition, once the application process has been completed, applicants can apply for any of the posted jobs with only two clicks of the mouse. Applicants who provide an email address will receive email updates keeping them informed of the status of the job to which they applied. In addition, applicants can log on and check the status of the job opening from anywhere with internet access.

There is no need to complete the application process a second time. Applicant information stays in the system for at least two years and only needs to be updated by the applicant as the information changes.
