| | Every company has conflicts – be they turf wars, disagreements or differences of opinion that eventually escalate and cost the organization valuable time and money. Intervention is not only necessary but critical to maximize a company’s effectiveness. TSTC is hosting a 40-hour basic mediation training course conducted by Settlement Solutions of Fort Worth. Registration is open to companies and firms interested in providing mediation training for their personnel and to individuals who want to take the first step toward becoming a mediator. Class size is limited to 25 participants.
The basic mediation Training Course will be held from 8 a.m. – 6 pm. Thurs., June 10 through Sun., June 13 at the TSTC Waco IDEAS Center. The cost is $999. Participants must be registered by June 2.
The training is accredited by the State Bar of Texas for 38.0 participatory hours MCLE and 2.0 hours ethics and complies with Title 7, Chapter 154, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and the policies and procedures for training as defined by the Texas Mediation Training Roundtable Standards.
