Student Clubs and Organizations

Student Clubs and Organizations provide many opportunities for students to get involved in campus activities. Some clubs and organizations focus on particular professional fields, while others relate to more general interests, hobbies, and support services. We strongly encourage students at Texas State Technical College to become involved with as many clubs and organizations as their academic schedules and personal interests allow.

Clubs:

Personal benefits in joining an organization or club or even starting a new one here at TSTC are:

  • Develop new abilities and leadership skills
  • Work within a team of peers
  • Satisfaction of setting and meeting goals
  • Make new friends
  • Put on campus-wide events or activities
  • Share talent or interests with the TSTC community
  • Most importantly, HAVE FUN

In addition, students find that the more they become involved, the more they will benefit from their overall college experience. Each club or organization must have a faculty/staff advisor and must be approved annually by the TSTC Board of Regents. Students are encouraged to visit the Student Life Office to learn more about student clubs and organizations.
