Where is the ceremony held?
When is the Commencement Ceremony?
How Do I make sure my name is listed in the printed program?
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulation require TSTC to have a signed release form from you before revealing certain information to the public. These regulations include publishing your name in the graduation program. If you did not sign a FERPA release form when you registered at TSTC, or are not certain, check with the Office of Admissions and Records. You will graduate and you will be able to participate in the ceremony without this release; but your name will NOT appear in the printed program.
