The Health Services nursing staff reserves the right to recommend the medical dismissal of any patient whose conduct would be determined as ineligible for services. Situations which may warrant medical dismissal of a patient from care at the Health Services Clinic include:
- Disruptive, rude, offensive, or aggressive behavior toward the nursing staff, patients, or visitors.
- Failure to comply with the institution’s Student Code of Conduct.
- Lying or misrepresentation of the truth regarding personal information and medical history.
- Altering, tampering, or improper use of over-the-counter medications.
