Customer Service Principles
The TSTC Harlingen Housing Department strives to provide a welcoming environment focused on
The Student Housing Committee meets once every semester to address suggestions and concerns from residents. All residents are invited. Attending these meetings are the Housing Supervisor and the six Community Assistants. Check with the Housing Office staff for the date and time of meetings.

Resident Workshops and Seminars provided by the Housing Supervisor, Community Assistants,
Student Activities, Wellness and Sports Center, College Nurse
Resident Support Groups and Workshops provided by the Counseling Department
Laundry Room equipped with 10 washing machines and 10 dryers. $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to
dry. Change machine located in Game Room.
Housing Orientation for new residents held at the beginning of each semester. Fall Orientation is required for all residents.
Resident Customer Service Concerns and Complaints
TSTC Housing Residents with routine or minor customer service complaints, such as dorm maintenance concerns, should address them to the Housing Supervisor located in the Housing Complex or to their assigned Community Assistant.
