Answer 1: Student needs to make sure his Meal Plan account is working properly and or put money in their Mustang Bucks account in order for it to work in the Cafeteria.
Answer 2: If using meal plan Student needs make sure his meal plan has been sponsered or paid for with cashier’s window at Student Services Bldg M. Once meal plan is paid student needs to bring the invoice to the ID Center and we will set-up the meal plan .
Answer 3: You will be receiving your Tech One card in 7 to 10 working days.
Answer 4: (1.) Student needs to make changes with admission first (make sure to bring any neccesary documents for proof of name change ect.) (2). Pay the fee of $10.00 at the cashier window. (For Name Change and New Card) (3). Wait the next day, allowing information to be imported. 4. Need to bring the invoice showing the $10.00 fee payment. (For Name Change and New Card)
Answer 5: Yes, student can take a new picture but they have to pay the fee of $10.00 at the cashiers window, bring the invoice to the ID Office and re-take picture. *(Student must wait 24 hrs to re-order card so picture can get imported)
Answer 6: Students can go to www.techonecard.com and login using the e-mail address and password they created when activating their card. If they have any problem we can help them, by calling HigherOne customer service or helping them in the web site.
Answer 10: The first thing to do is stop by the ID Office so we can check the Status of your card. If the address is correct, and card was delivered then student needs to pay for a re-placement ($10.00 fee) before we can re-order another one.If Higher One file shows return by the post office and the address is correct we waive the fee.
Answer 12: 1.)Student needs to have the card activated. 2.)Student needs to have F.A. refund transferred to their account. 3.)Student must type in correct pin#. If all of the above fails then student must come to Id Center to resolve the matter.
Answer 13: (1.)Student can go to www.techonecard.com (2.)We can help them here in the ID Center
Answer 14: We can take their picture using any other form of ID, but student needs to bring in Official (valid) Gov. ID, if student does not bring in ID with in 20 days the student's account will be on hold, after 40 days it will be suspended, after 60 days account will be locked.
Answer 17: Student should contact HigherOne Customer Service at their convenience. Further details of why the card is restricted can be obtained when the cardholder speaks with a Customer Service Representative.
Answer 24: You can make a check for the overdraft amount or money order and use a scanner to scan your check and make a deposit. 2.) You can also purchase a "Money Pack" which are sold at any local pharmacy stores near you .3) Student can also transfer from another One Account holder using his/her E-mail as long as both parties agree. 4.)One Account holder may also use a personal bank to transfer money to his/her One Account. 5.)If students need help depositing they need to stop by the "ID Center."
