New Student Enrollment Checklist
New students will need to complete the following requirements for admission:
*Log into webAdvisor.tstc.edu and on the left hand side under Financial Information click "Student Financial Obligation Agreement". Once you are in, all you need to do is check off "I agree" and then submit.

If you are claiming Texas residency for tuition purposes, additional documentation may be needed that shows you have resided in the state for 12 months prior to registration.
Academic Transcripts: Submit official high school transcript or GED certificate and all official college transcripts, if applicable, to the Admissions & Records Office. Financial Aid cannot be processed for students whose files lack official transcripts.
Campus Housing: If you are required to live on campus or you are interested in single student or family housing, forward the completed Housing Application along with required deposit or contact the Housing Office for an application.
Support Services: The Support Services Office reflects TSTC Harlingen's commitment to meeting the special needs of individual students. This office coordinates with community assistance programs and serves as a resource for the Special Population Community of students which is defined as: Qualified Single Parents, Displaced Homemakers, Single expectant Mothers, Students Pursuing a Non-Traditional Program of Study and Qualified Disabled Students.
All new students are assigned to a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will assist students with the completion of the admissions process. If you do not know your Recruitment Specialist, call 956/364-4101.
