SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES!

 

Self-Defense Class information: Students will be engaged in a variety of scenarios that mimic real world situations when it comes to various forms of physical attacks. The students will have an opportunity to learn defense strategies against multiple attackers, attacks which include weapons, attacks from larger oponents, attacks from the groun, and attacks from a standing position.
