What is a MOOC?

This one-hour discussion/information session explores what MOOCs are and how you can use them to accomplish some of your professional development goals.  Included in this session is an exploration of some of the most popular MOOC sites.

A one-hour session focusing on the basics of customer service delivery in a face-to-face environment, over the phone, and via e-mail.  Included in this session are tips for dealing with customers.

Stress Management

An interactive discussion session covering the causes of stress and how to manage it.  Included in this session are tips and techniques for dealing with stressors in our lives.

CMS Training

This training is designed to address the needs of current Content Management System users.  This course is for both new and existing CMS users.

Word (Referencing Options)

This training focuses on using the various referencing options available in Microsoft Word to facilitate the insertion of a table of contents, citations, footnotes, captions, and indexes.

Word (Review Options)

This training focuses on using the various review options available in Microsoft Word.  Topics covered include adding comments, using proofing tools, and track changes for collaboration purposes.

Conflict Management

This session explores the effects of successful conflict management in the workplace and focuses on best practices.

This is an interactive session exploring basic time management principles and their application and use in the daily work environment.

This training covers the basics of the new employee portal and shows employees how to use the portal for all their daily tasks.
