Who is required to take and complete the Student Online Learning Orientation (SOLO)?
The goal of the Student Online Learning Orientation is to increase your readiness and self-confidence in taking online courses.
The orientation course can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. The orientation is located on Moodle, the college’s learning management system and can be accessed by clicking on the following link:
The orientation will provide you an introduction to online learning, provide you tips for success in online courses, and address technical requirements that you will encounter in TSTC online courses. The following are requirements for successful completion of the orientation:
