Access to Success Mentoring Program

What is Mentoring?
"Mentoring can be defined as a supportive relationship between an apprentice and an experienced individual."
The purpose of having a mentor in college is to assist students with the challenges that they may stumble upon during their college years. Each student is paired up with a qualified mentor that acts not only as a role model but also as a resource. This means that students have a ready resource for questions ranging from how to get involved on campus to who their program advisor is. In short, the A2S Mentoring Program provides academic and personal support for participating students during their challenging years of college.
