Emergency Tuition Loan Information
  1. Student must apply first for financial aid at the Financial Aid Office or www.fafsa.ed.gov
  2. Be in good academic standing (cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher).
  3. Be enrolled for at least six credit hours.
  4. Have no delinquent loans or account balances with TSTC.
  5. Must be at least 18 years old.

Funds are limited for Emergency Loans and are awarded on a "first come first served" basis. To apply, complete an application with Student Receivables Department. Applications typically are available approximately four weeks before the start of the semester. (If currently enrolled, the Emergency Loan can be issued after grades are posted.)

A student who fails to make full payment of tuition and fees, including any incidental fees, by the due date may be prohibited from registering for classes until full payment is made. A student who fails to make payment prior to the end of the semester may be denied credit for the work done that semester.

If amount is not paid in full and on time, the student is responsible for any and all costs of collections incurred by TSTC's collection agency to include any attorney fees, as permitted by state statute, that are incurred for the collection of the amount due.
