TSTC Harlingen Student Government Association Point System

In order to promote, encourage and enhance student participation and leadership, the Student Government Association has implemented a student club participation point system.

A club/organization or member must sign in at each event or activity to be accurately awarded the proper credit. SGA will keep and maintain record of all participants at each event, activity, workshop, sports league/tournament, and/or community service projects.

Updated as of: 10/9/2014

SGA Officers do not receive any points for all of the above.

Remember, failure to sign in will cost you your points as a club and/or individually. A member can represent more than one club but must be specific when signing in.

Active participation can earn your club financial benefits!

The Director of Student Life, with approval of the SGA Executive Board, reserve the right to offer points for additional events or activities not previously stated as new opportunities arrive.

For more information on this win-win point system and how your club/organization can benefit financially, please contact the SGA Office by visiting the Student Center Building, Room 122, or call (956) 364-4343, (956) 364-4342,or (956) 364-4358 or you can also email SGA at tstc_sga@yahoo.com, www.myspace.com/tstcsga, www.facebook.com/tstcsga, or Twitter.
