The Help Desk provides a bundle of services to all participating partners and TSTC staff located at the University Center. Services are structured into four categories and are offered year round. To request services click on the hyperlinks.
Application Support is available for all participating parnters and TSTC staff. Please request assistance at least a week in advance to ensure availability. The following services are available:
Technology Maintenance is available for U-Center technology only. Should any of the equipment at the center needs repair, please fill out the form as soon as possible. The following services are available:
Workshops are available for new faculty or advisors who would like to learn to use the technology at the University Center. As well as staff who would like to integrate media or add-on external devices to the existing equipment. The following workshops are available:
Facility Reservation and maintenance is solely for partners needing an additional room to conduct an activity or make a claim. The University Center is not available for community or TSTC events.
