Texas State Technical College Key Performance Indicators

Twelve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) represent the key metrics by which Texas State Technical College (TSTC) measures its progress and fulfillment of its institutional goals and objectives. The KPIs serve as the fundamental performance indicators for the college.

  • KPI #1:    Annual Unduplicated Count of Semester Credit Hour Students
  • KPI #2:    Annual Unduplicated Count of Former Students Found Working or Transferring
    to another public college or university in Texas (Placement)
  • KPI #3:    Average First Year Salary of Former Students Found Working (including Leavers)
  • KPI #4:    Number of Annual Graduation Awards
  • KPI #5:    Number of Students Graduated Annually
  • KPI #6:    Percent of first‐time, Full‐time Degree or Certificate‐seeking Students Graduated within 3 years
  • KPI #7:    Average Student Satisfaction Index
  • KPI #8:    Student Ethnicity Compared to Statewide Population Ethnicity
  • KPI #9:    Funds Raised Annually
  • KPI #10:  Annual Number of Donors
  • KPI #11:  Employee Satisfaction Index
