Salaries & Advancement:
TSTC Graduates can expect to be among the most competitive apprentice lineman candidates in the country. Starting pay for graduates will range from $16 to $22 per hour. Once in the profession, graduates will continue their training as apprentice lineman and can expect frequent pay increases over the next three year period as they progress toward being a fully qualified lineman. Fully qualified linemen earn $50,000 to $85,000 per year. With overtime, it is not uncommon for a lot of linemen to make close to or over $100,000 per year.
