Campus Security Report
The Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act (Public Law 101-542), the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act (Public Law 102-26), the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1991, and the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1992 require institutions of higher education to prepare, publish, and distribute to all employees, prospective students, and students an Annual Security Report by September 1 of each year. This report contains data about specific criminal offenses that occurred on campus during the most recent calendar year and the two preceding calendar years, as well as the number of arrests for crimes occurring on campus. TSTC's Annual Security Report is available in Human Resources.
Information provided by the State of Texas concerning registered sex offenders may be obtained through the web site that is maintained by Human Resources. Additional information relating to state- or federally-mandated public information requirements is also available on that web site.
