The mission of the Texas State Technical College Career Services department is to assist all graduates in securing employment in their chosen field of study. The staff provides comprehensive career planning services to aid students and graduates in developing resumes and cover letters, as well as learning job search and interviewing skills. Career Services professionals initiate and maintain business and industry contacts to improve employer relationships, fill job openings, and expand markets for job development.
The TSTC Career Service Office also assists students in locating part-time employment opportunities around the DFW area, so that they can have the opportunity to earn additional income while attending classes during the semester.
