Before you ever leave the classroom, we make sure you have every opportunity to get your hands dirty with all of the equipment you’ll use on the job. By the time you’ve completed this program, you’ll know wind turbine parts and functions inside and out!

TSTC’s strong Wind Energy Technology program matches industry needs, making it easier for graduates to obtain jobs when the time comes to move out into the workforce.

Education by employer design!  TSTC has placed industry professionals in the driver’s seat. Our Advisory Committee members are determining what is taught and how it is conveyed to you so that the methods and technology TSTC incorporates in its Wind Energy program are the desired, front line solutions.

Added Value

Beyond maintaining and servicing the wind turbines, TSTC has partnered with Texas Tech University to create the Texas Wind Energy Institute, where you can earn a Bachelor’s degree up to a Doctoral degree in Wind Energy Technology. With this unique partnership, you’ll be able to further your career in the field by aiming for upper management positions!
