 Small class size

At TSTC, our Enhanced Workplace Productivity  classes are strictly limited to ensure that instructors have time to foster individualized training.

Each student during class has access to a computer and up-to-date software programs essential to the workplace.

 Hands-on Learning

Compared to other colleges, TSTC students spend a lot less time in the classroom and much more time in work settings, operating the equipment and using the tools they will use in their respective fields. Students spend more than 60 percent of their time learning by doing the actual work they will do upon graduating from college. It’s just one of the many ways TSTC ensures you get the strong training you need to succeed in your career choice.

Advisory Committee

The main function of the Advisory Committee is to identify the knowledge and skills required for Office technicians. The input of the Advisory Committee enables the department to identify training requirements, and is mandated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
