Air Pilot Training Technology- Associate Degree

This degree includes all of the FAA required training for the student to acquire their Private Pilot license, Instrument, Commercial and Certified Flight Instructor ratings. This program takes five semesters. The graduate will have the ability to build flight hours (the most critical factor in hiring decisions) by using their Certified Flight Instructor rating to teach other beginning pilots.

The more hours that the grad builds, the more marketability they have to be hired for jobs such as aerial photography and mapping, pipeline patrol, aviation missionary pilot, first officer or pilot in command for a regional or major airline, corporate pilot, etc. The FAA also hires pilots with lots of experience to work as Operations Safety Inspectors.
