The Human and Organization Development (HOD) team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to the Human Resource Departments and Administration at TSTC Colleges, as well as System Operations.
We provide oversight and support for the college-level human resources functions, and we administer and maintain the on-line hiring and applicant management process. We provide assistance with legal issues and a human resources peer review process, and we establish system operating standards and practices. In addition, we provide faculty and staff development and payroll services, and we handle worker’s compensation, employee leave, and employee retirement issues for the TSTC system.
Human and Organization Development is dedicated to the success of TSTC students through the support and development of faculty and staff.
