Associate Degree- Diesel Technology

The Associates Degree program from TSTC West Texas in Diesel Technology takes the concepts learned in the certificate levels and expands the skillset of the student. Advanced coursework in electronic controls, diesel engine tune-up and troubleshooting build on the skills learned previously. We also offer a Cooperative Education course which allows you to earn a salary and receive credit toward your degree while attaining on-the-job experience. Having an Associates Degree means greater opportunity for advancement and management positions in this field!

Certificate II - Diesel Technician

Great career opportunities in the diesel industry can be achieved with the skills obtained from this one-year certificate program. Although the Diesel Technican Certificate is a short-term program, it is designed to target key areas of instruction that will qualify you to enter the diesel industry with the skills to maintain and repair diesel engines, power train components and much more.

Certificate I - Diesel Apprentice

If you are looking to enter the diesel industry quickly, the Diesel Apprentice Certificate gives you the opportunity to learn the rudimentary skills you'll need on the job. With this certification, you'll be a step ahead of the competition in entry-level positions within the diesel industry.
