TSTC West Texas students and employees may request books and articles not held by the library through the OCLC Interlibrary Loan system by contacting the library staff at any location.  There is no charge for this service to TSTC West Texas employees and students. Delivery may take up to two weeks.

Library reserves are a service to TSTC West Texas students and instructors. They are materials that are kept at the circulation desk at each location that are reserved for limited circulation to students in a particular class.

Instructors who wish to place items on reserve as required or recommended reading for their courses can do so by contacting the library staff at the location where they wish to reserve materials.

Students and instructors are encouraged to recommend items for purchase by the library by submitting their requests to the librarian in Abilene.

Requests that support a particular program at TSTC West Texas will be given priority and restricted by budget constraints.

The librarian will notify the person making the request regarding its status and when the item is available.

Please contact:
Steven Perry, Librarian
