Eligibility Requirements
- Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States
- First generation college student
- Exhibit financial need
- Student enrolled at following schools:
- Harlingen High School
- Harlingen High School South
- San Benito High School
- Veterans Memorial Academy
- Dr. Cano Freshman Academy
