Clery Information Act

The Clery Information Act requires that we provide you with information about campus security policy and crime statistics on our campuses.

CARES Act

The CARES Act is intended to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus. Funds were expended on September 23, 2020.

Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and TSTC policy prohibit discrimination in educational programs and activities. We are committed to creating an environment free of harassment and discrimination for our students, staff and faculty.

Maxient ORS

Use Maxient ORS to report non-emergency concerns like academic dishonesty, a student who has trouble meeting basic needs, someone who has worrying behavioral issues, sexual misconduct, gender-based discrimination, or code of conduct violations.

Drug-Free School

We are a drug- and alcohol-free college. Learn more, get help, or report a concern.

Student Right-to-Know

The Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act requires institutions eligible for Title IV funding to calculate completion or graduation rates. Learn more and see the report.
