Enroll in the Program

You’re already eligible to enroll if you are in your first semester at TSTC, in an MBG-approved program working toward your Certificate or Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS), and eligible to work in the U.S. All have to do is go to the Career Services office to enroll during the first semester of your program.

Your Refund Amount

We hope you won’t need a refund. But if you do, only tuition dollars you paid out of pocket are eligible. If you used any student loans, we will reimburse your lending agency.

Financial Aid Disbursements

Student Accounting

Our mission is to accurately and promptly record and collect receivables due to TSTC. The department also provides necessary financial services and maintains the appropriate fiscal records as we provide excellent customer service to TSTC students, staff and visitors.

Return of Title IV Funds

If you receive federal financial aid and stop attending or withdraw from all courses at or before 60 percent of the term is completed, you must repay all or some of the federal aid you received.

Satisfactory Academic Progress

Our Standards of Academic Progress (SAP) have been adopted to determine continuing eligibility for students who are receiving or applying for financial aid.
