Griffith Hall provides a safe, comfortable living space and is a great way for you to meet other TSTC students on campus who have the same career goals as you do.

Located across from the Student Recreation Center, you'll have quick and easy access to the game room, fitness facility, gymnasium, basketball courts and softball fields to find a balance between work and play.

Griffith Hall offers many amenities including:

• Bedrooms: one twin xl size bed in private bedroom, a desk and chair, chest of drawers and closet.
• Private attached bathroom in 1bd/1ba and 2bd/2ba; 2bd/1ba shares a bathroom.
• Snack center: MicroFridge in each floor plan.
• Basic utilities, cable and wireless internet are included.
• Atrium provides spaces to meet with friends, study and play.
• On-site laundry facilities.
• Located close to class, the Student Services Center and across the street from the Student Recreation Center

Make sure to fill out the Background Check Authorization Form when applying.

To make sure you get regular meals during the week, all first and second semester students under the age of 21 will need to purchase a meal plan.

If you’ve already lived off campus or have other living arrangements, you may request to live off-campus. Fill out this form and return it to the Housing Office in the Student Services Center.

We know circumstances sometimes change. If you find you will not be needing housing, you can request a deposit refund. Fill out this form to request a refund.
