Persons may apply Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants will go through an interview, testing and application process.

Should you know of any person who might qualify for HEP, please refer them to our program. HEP works with various organizations in an effort to better serve the community. Persons not qualifying for the program will be referred to another resource in the community.
