Curriculum vitae for each instructor must be made public on the institution’s website:
- Must list the instructor’s post-secondary education, teaching experience, and significant professional publications
- May not include personal information, including the instructor’s home address or home telephone number.

Online syllabi must satisfy the standards adopted by the institution.
Syllabi must provide a brief description of each major course requirement, including each major assignment and examination, required/recommended reading, and a general description of the subject matter of each lecture or discussion.

If available, a departmental budget report from the most recent semester or other academic terms during which the institution offered the course.

The information required must be accessible from the institution’s Internet website home page using no more than three links; searchable by keywords and phrases; and accessible to the public without requiring registration or use of a user name, password, or another user identification.
The institution shall make the information required available not later than the seventh day after the first day of classes for the semester or other academic term during which the course is offered.
The institution shall continue to make the information available on the institution’s website until at least the second anniversary of the date on which the institution initially posted the information.
