Catalog & Student Handbook

The official Texas State Technical College (TSTC) catalog contains all the information you should ever need regarding our career programs and their courses, as well as all of the other things you’ll want to learn more about like housing, tuition, student services and more.

During your time at TSTC, this catalog and student handbook will be one of your most important resources. It will help you stay on track, understand your responsibilities, and know which courses you need to reach your educational goals. Addendums starting with the 2022–2023 catalog year are first shown in the Addenda section of the online catalog. Once revisions are added to the current catalog, only the final version, including the changes, will appear in the archived PDF.

Texas State Technical College is a singly accredited, multi-campus institution. The TSTC in Waco location serves as the main campus with multiple off-campus instructional sites throughout the State of Texas. These off-site campus sites consist of former legacy colleges, including TSTC in Waco, Harlingen, Marshall and West Texas, and their approved off-campus instructional sites that were part of TSTC’s merger/consolidation approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on College (SACSCOC) Board of Trustees in 2015.

Archived Catalogs and Handbooks

Until 2015, each legacy campus had its own catalog, and after 2015 only one TSTC catalog was produced. Electronic copies of the catalog from 2009 to current are archived below. Digitized copies of catalog information for each of the legacy campuses prior to 2009 may be requested at asklibrary@tstc.edu.
