TSTC is committed to maintaining the highest standards of water quality for our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The following reports provide detailed information on water sources, testing results, and regulatory compliance as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Water Source Information
Water supplied to TSTC in Waco comes from the City of Waco Water Utility Services, drawing from Lake Waco, treated and distributed according to EPA and TCEQ standards.
- Primary Source: Surface water from Lake Waco
- Treatment Facility: Waco Regional Water Treatment Plant
- Delivery: Maintained through municipal pipelines and monitored on campus
Testing & Compliance
TSTC works in coordination with the City of Waco and licensed third-party labs to regularly test water quality on campus.
- Testing Frequency: Daily, monthly and quarterly for various contaminants.
- Parameters Monitored: Lead, copper, nitrates, chlorine, fluoride, bacteria, and more.
