through the MEI Data Center Pathway Program

Classes Begin February 9, 2026

12-Week Session, Night Classes

Globally, the demand for data centers is projected to rise between 19 and 22 percent from 2023 to 2030, according to McKinsey & Co. At the same time, the industry faces an ongoing struggle to meet workforce needs. To answer that need, TSTC and Compass Datacenters have partnered to create a new training program designed to prepare participants for good-paying jobs in data center maintenance and operations – the Mechanical Electrical & Information Technology Pathway Program.

  • The data center industry is growing fast
  • There is a critical workforce shortage
  • Now is the perfect time to build skills for a career in this vital industry.
