Success is in the air.

In this industry, you're only limited by how high you're willing to climb.

See green with wind energy.

As a Wind Energy Technician, you could find employment across the country. Once you pick your geographical location, you won’t be stuck at any desk! You’ll work at turbine construction sites, turbine manufacturing sites, in the distribution and generation industry, or at utility companies. Sites include wind farms and power plant facilities, and range from small communities to large metropolitan areas. When you choose to enter the field of wind energy, your options are sky high.

You will learn to conduct efficiency studies, manage personnel, materials and machines in factories, offices and production sites. You'll also prepare machinery and equipment layouts, plan workflow for turbine construction and maintenance, conduct statistical studies of product quality and time usage, and analyze production costs. Through our program, you’ll be qualified to operate and maintain the systems that make a wind turbine function.
