State Authorization

TSTC participates in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), which allows online programs to be offered to students in participating states. Some programs may include requirements based on state regulations or licensing. It is important to confirm that your program meets requirements in your state.
For all complaints regarding Texas degree-granting postsecondary institutions participating in SARA, complete the Student Complaint and Release Form and email the form to StudentComplaints@highered.texas.gov.
