Success starts
with a spark.

A steady hand and attention to detail could land you a great career in an industry that's heating up the job market.

Ignite your career.

Are you a hands-on kind of person? A career in Welding Technology might be a great fit for you. Job opportunities are wide ranging. Some of the possibilities include working in manufacturing shops, maintenance shops, steel erection operations, ship building yards or oil fields.  There are  other related jobs such as rig building or wild life and ranch-related welding. You could even open your own shop and be your own boss.

You’ll be putting your elbow grease to the test in this program. We make sure you have every opportunity to get your hands dirty with all of the equipment you’ll use on the job before you ever leave the classroom. We want you to feel experienced and comfortable with the tools you’ll actually be using in the industry. So grab a helmet, put on your gloves, and let the sparks fly. Texas has opportunities waiting for welders like you all over the region in a variety of industries.
