Construction & Maintenance

We provide foundational and advanced skills in building construction, facility maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC. Students of this program graduate to careers in commercial and residential construction, semiconductor manufacturing, and more.

Just like so many things in Texas, the construction and development industry is big. A 2021 report on construction activity shows that the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s building market is still the second-largest in the nation, followed by Houston as the third-largest. And where there’s building and development, there’s a need for expert electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, pipefitters and more. You’re in the right place for this career!
